Staff from the branches not on the National Secretariat’s systems (SA, and WA,) will receive a link to activate a Freshdesk account the first time they log a Freshdesk ticket.


After setting up their Freshdesk account, those external users can log in to check the status of their tickets at any time by going to https://pharmacyguild.freshdesk.com/login/normal (note, this is different to the link which internal users go to).
